This specimen was lot 25221 in Heritage sale 3032 (Chicago, April 2014), where it sold for $3,055. The catalog description[1] noted, "Leopold I gold Ducat 1677-KB, Kremnitz mint, MS63 NGC. A fabulous example of this type with light reddish tone and wonderfully preserved surfaces. Very scarce in such quality." This type is noted in the SCWC for 1658-1704.

Specification: 3.48 grams, 0.986 fine gold, 22.9 mm diameter.
