Hungary 1627-KB denar
This specimen was lot 74014 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, November 2023), where it sold for $80. The catalog description[1] noted, "HUNGARY. Denar, 1627-KB. Kremnica Mint. Ferdinand II. PCGS AU-58. Only lightly circulated and pleasingly toned, this hammered issue presents enticing color." This type was struck 1625-30 for Ferdinand II.
