This specimen was lot 31072 in Heritage sale 3081 (New York, January 2020), where it sold for $2,880. The catalog description[1] noted, "Netherlands: Holland. Provincial gold 2 Ducats 1750 MS62+ NGC. A razor-sharp specimen of butter-gold color, its flan slightly irregular, though with considerable glossy luster." This subtype of double ducat was struck 1749-93; the SCWC awards no premium for any date.
