This specimen was lot 22351 in Heritage sale 3021 (New York, January 2013), where it sold for $1,703.75. The catalog description[2] noted, "Holland. Gold 2 Ducats 1660, AU55 NGC, nicely toned and original, an attractive early dated example." This type is listed for 1645-63. A refined design was struck 1671-1793 and is fairly common for double ducats.
