This specimen was lot 2518 in Jean Elsen sale 160 (Brussels, November 2024), where it sold for €420 (about US$532 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"NEDERLAND, HOLLAND, Graafschap, Philips II (1555-1581), AV halve gouden reaal, z.j. (1560-1562), Dordrecht. Met PHILIPPVS op vz. en roosje op kz. Vz/ Bb. l. Kz/ Gekroond wapenschild. Zwakke slag. Fraai à Zeer Fraai. (Netherlands, county of Holland, Philip II, 1555-81, undated gold half real, circa 1560-62, Dordrecht mint, with PHILIPPVS on the obverse and a rose on the reverse. Obverse: bust left; reverse: crowned arms. Weakly struck, fine to very fine.)"

The first type, shown here, has the king's motto "DOMINVS· MIHI· ADIVTOR" on the reverse; on the second type, it is shown on the obverse. Gold half reals were also struck in Brabant, Gelderland, Flanders and Overijssel, all with the bust facing right.
