This specimen was lot 33184 in Heritage sale 3064 (Chicago, April 2018), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "Constantine II Revolutionary 100 Drachmai 1970 MS69 NGC. 'Top Pop' at NGC, this piece will be sought by those collectors demanding perfection in their collection." This commemorative was issued in 1970 by the ruling dictatorship to congratulate itself on the successful prosecution of the 1967 revolution which installed it in power. The regime collapsed in 1974 and the republic was restored.
