from the Stack's Bowers 2017 ANA sale, lot 20542

This specimen was lot 20542 in Stack's Bowers ANA Auction (Denver, CO, August 2017), where it sold for $910.63. The catalog description^[1] noted, "GREECE. 10 Lepta, 1837. NGC MS-63 BN. Sharply struck with glossy brown surfaces. An excellent example of this date." Altho this is the highest mintage date, the 1833 remains the most available date of a type struck 1833-44.
