This specimen was lot 34416 in Heritage sale 3067 (Long Beach, September 2018), where it sold for $1,320. The catalog description[1] noted, "Great Britain: Elizabeth II silver Proof 250 Pounds 2017 PR70 Ultra Cameo NGC, Royal mint. A behemoth beauty of impeccable quality, struck to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the privy counsel, one of the first 100 struck. Includes original mint display case and COA #09. ASW 20 oz." The SCWC and Friedberg have been slow to add new issues to their listings and these pieces, tho now five years old, still don't have catalog numbers.
