This specimen was lot 1776 in Jean Elsen sale 162 (Brussels, June 2025), where it sold for €420 (about US$582 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"ROYAUME-UNI, Victoria (1837-1901), AR sixpence, 1854. Rare. Nettoyé. (kingdom of Great Britain, Victoria, 1837-1901, silver sixpence of 1854. Rare, cleaned, Very Fine.)"
This type was struck 1838-66 in large quantities with a slightly modified obverse continuing until 1887. This is a rare date.
