This specimen was lot 3156 in Sincona sale 94 (Zürich, October 2024), where it sold for 150 CHF (about US$208 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SCHWEIZ Graubünden, Kanton, Batzen 1842, Bern. FDC. Prachtvolle Erhaltung. (Switzerland, canton of Graubunden, batzen of 1842, Bern mint. Uncirculated, Magnificent condition.)"
This was a reissue of a type previously struck in 1836. The two dates are about equal in abundance.

Specification: 2.69 g, billon, 22 mm diameter, this specimen 2.72 g.
