The first specimen is lot 829 on Jean Elsen sale 105 (Brussels, June 2010), where it did not sell. The catalog description noted,

"NEDERLAND, GELDERLAND, Provincie, AR zilveren dukaat, 1707, Droit : Ridder staand radié met zwaard en gekroond provinciewapen. Revers : Gekroond Generaliteitswapen. Zeer Fraai," (Netherlands, Province of Gelderland, silver rider ducat, 1707, Obverse: standing knight holds provincial arms. Reverse: Crowned arms of the United Provinces. Very fine.)

The second specimen was lot 1193 in Jean Elsen price list 259 (Brussels, January-March 2012), where it was offered at € 300. The catalog noted,

"NEDERLAND, GELDERLAND, Provincie, AR zilveren dukaat, 1707, Droit : Ridder staand radié met zwaard en gekroond provinciewapen. Revers : Gekroond Generaliteitswapen. Einde muntplaat en licht gejusteerd. Mooie patina. Zeer Fraai à Prachtig (Netherlands, province of Gelderland, silver ducat of 1707. Obverse: standing knight with sword holds the provincial arms; reverse: crowned arms. Adjustment marks, nice patina, VF - EF)"

The SCWC notes that this type was issued 1707-39. It is also catalogued as Dav-4891.

Recorded mintage: unknown.

Specification: 28.25 g, 0.873 fine silver, the first specimen 27.92 g, the second specimen 27,98 g.
