This specimen was lot 30577 in Heritage sale 3081 (New York, January 2020), where it sold for $5,520. The catalog description[1] noted, "Gabon: Republic 2-Piece Uncertified gold Commemorative Proof Set 1969, 1) "First Moon Landing" 10000 Francs; 2) "Apollo XI Launching Pad" 20000 Francs, KM 10; KM-Unl. (as 2-piece set). Mintage: 4,000. The coins are sold with the original case of issue and COA #209. Total AGW approx. 3.04 oz." Other NCLT's for 1969 include a 1000 francs (KM 6), 3000 francs (KM 7), 5000 francs (KM 8) and 20,000 francs (KM 10).
