This specimen was lot 4127 in Stack's-Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2015), where it sold for $340.75. The catalog description[1] noted, "NETHERLANDS. Friesland. Ducat, 1614. NGC EF-40. Somewhat uneven strike." Altho this ducat is noted for 1588-1693, it earns a premium as Friesland was a less prolific issuer of coinage.
