This specimen was lot 46635 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Oklahoma City, OK, August 2025), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, FRENCH INDO-CHINA. Centime, 1921-A. Paris Mint. NGC MS-64 Red." This type was struck 1908-31, 1937-39 for French Indochina, a region of southeast Asia now comprising Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. This is a common date. The San Francisco and Poissy mints added more in 1920-23; these lack the "A" mintmark.
Recorded mintage: 14,272,000 plus 1,710,000 from San Francisco.
