This specimen was lot 3885 in Künker sale 335 (Osnabrück, Germany, March 2020), where it sold for €180 (about US$216 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"FRANKFURT, STADT. 5 Kreuzer 1778. Vorzüglich. (Germany, city of Frankfurt, five kreuzer of 1778. Extremely fine.)"
This type is listed for 1778-79 and 1785 and is the last of the denomination. We presume the "S F" on the obverse stands for "Stadt Frankfurt". Five kreuzer = 1/18 thaler.
Recorded mintage: unknown.
Specification: silver, this specimen 2.21 g.
