This specimen was lot 70681 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, June 2021), where it sold for $168. The catalog description[1] noted, "FINLAND. Penni, 1883. Helsinki Mint. Alexander III of Russia. NGC MS-65 Red Brown. Pop: 2, none graded finer in Red Brown by NGC. A lovely example of the type with blazing cartwheel luster. Mostly red in color with some darker toning." This type was struck by the Tsarist administration 1881-94.
