Fengtien 1905 CD 10 cash Y-89

Fengtien (now Lioaning) Province lies north and west of North Korea, and east of Beijing. The provincial mint operated from 1897-1931.

The specimen shown was lot 21180 in the Ponterio sale 165 (Hong Kong, April 2012), where it sold for $1076. The catalog description^[1] noted, "CHINA. 10 Cash, CD (1905). NGC MS-62."
