This specimen was lot 6588 in CNG Triton XXVIII (New York, January 2025), where it sold for $147. The catalog description[1] noted, "PLANTAGENET. Henry III. 1216-1272. AR Penny. Short Cross type, class VIIb4. Bury St. Edmunds mint; Simund, moneyer. Struck circa 1234-circa 1236. Crowned bust facing, holding scepter / + SIHVND · ON SANT, voided short cross with small crosses in angles. Toned. Near VF. From the Sidney W. Harl & Kenneth W. Harl Collection. Ex WRG Collection (Classical Numismatic Group Electronic Auction 423, 27 June 2018), lot 554."
