This specimen was lot 1134 in Jean Elsen sale 162 (Brussels, June 2025), where it sold for €90 (about US$125 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"NEDERLAND, ELBURG, Cu penning (halve duit), z.j. (1619-1621). Vz/ Gekroond stadswapen. Kz/ MONE/ ECCLE/ ELBV in een krans, daarboven en -onder drie bollen. Zeldzaam. (Netherlands, city of Elburg, copper penny or half duit, circa 1619-21. Obverse: crowned arms; reverse: inscription in a wreath, three balls above and below. Rare, about Very Fine.)"

Elburg was an insignificant fishing village on the shore of the Zuider Zee in Gelderland. Its only coinage were these copper penning, issued in several varieties 1619-21, none of which are photographed in the SCWC. Our attribution is based on the photo in Numista.
