This specimen was lot 3871 in Künker sale 335 (Osnabrück, Germany, March 2020), where it sold for €320 (about US$419 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"DONAUWÖRTH, STADT, 1/2 Taler 1548, mit Titel Karls V. R Sehr schön. Exemplar der Auktion Fritz Rudolf Künker 188, Osnabrück 2011, Nr. 868. (Germany, city of Donauworth, half thaler of 1548, in the name of Charles V. Scarce, very fine.)"
Donauworth, now part of Bavaria, was formerly an imperial free city on the Danube. This appears to be a true half thaler (36 kreuzer), not a half gulden thaler (30 kreuzer).
