This specimen was lot 3156 in Steve Album Auction 54 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2026), where it sold for $100. The catalog description[1] noted, "DOMINICA: Republic, AR 20 dollars, 1979, Israel and Egypt Peace Treaty, with COA and original vinyl case of issue, Proof. Bust of USA president Jimmy Carter and Nobel Prize for peace winners Muhammed Anwar El Sadat and Menachem Begin, all with the flags of their countries." This scarce NCLT was struck in Switzerland. This design was also used on a gold 150 dollars (KM 18). All of Dominica's coinage is comprised of commemoratives.
