"DANEMARK, Christian X (1912-1947), AV 20 kroner, 1917VBP. Fines griffes. presque Superbe. (kingdom of Denmark, Christian X, 1912-47, gold twenty kronor of 1917. Fine scratches, about Extremely Fine.)"

The twenty kroner shown here was issued 1913-17, after which no more gold coins were issued for circulation.

Recorded mintage: 1,401,000 for 1916-17.

Specification: 8.96 g, 0.900 fine gold, .259 troy oz AGW.
