This specimen was lot 74284 in Stack's Bowers May 2026 World Premier Collectors Choice Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, May 2026), where it sold for $69. The catalog description[1] noted, "DENMARK. 12 Skilling, 1719-CW. Copenhagen Mint. Frederik IV. NGC F-15." This type seems to have been struck 1719 only along with KM 504, which had a value reverse and a heart mintmark. Twelve skilling was 3/16 of a krone or 1/8 speciedaler.
