This specimen was lot 10139 in Stack's Bowers June 2026 World Premier Collectors Choice Auction (Copenhagen, June 2026), where it sold for €69 (about US$80). The catalog description[1] noted, "DENMARK. Skilling, 1550. Copenhagen Mint. Christian III. NGC VF Details--Damaged. This was the nicest example of Schou-1 that Bille Brahe was able to purchase. From the L.E. Bruun Collection." At this time one gulden was 48 skilling; the specie daler would not appear until later. This type was struck 1542-58.
