This specimen was lot 72485 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, November 2022), where it sold for $144. The catalog description[1] noted, "DANISH WEST INDIES. 24 Skilling, 1766. Christian VII. NCS F Details--Excessive Surface Hairlines. A moderately worn coin with a decent amount of remaining detail but some peripheral weakness. A strong olive to gray tone has obscured the old cleaning." This type was struck 1766-67 and is quite scarce in nice condition.

Recorded mintage: 57,000.

Specification: 6.49 g, 0.500 fine silver.
