This type was struck 1974-90 at the Kremnica mint and all dates are worthless. It superseded a larger aluminum coin (KM 49.1) of 1961-71. Slight variations in the lion and the numerals of the date occur from year to year.

Recorded mintage: 43,616,160.

Specification: 0.92 g, aluminum, 18.2 mm diameter, designed by František David.
