This type was struck 1889-93 at the Heaton mint in England and is rather scarce in nice condition despite the low value given in the SCWC. All are products of the Heaton mint. An overdate, 1890/80, is recorded for the year.
Recorded mintage: 395,000.
Specification: 6.3 g, 0.750 fine silver.
