This specimen was lot 32 in Scotsman's Midwest Summer Sale (St. Louis, July 2012), where it sold for $____. The catalog description noted, "Costa Rica - 1866-GW 2-peso VF. Description: KM#113. A simple, humble type coin that isn't quite perfect due to some hairlining, but still holds good value for the collector. VF details should net down to about fine with the cleaning." This type is listed for 1866-68 and is priced fairly cheaply in the SCWC.
