This specimen was lot 1171 in Sincona sale 66 (Zürich, October 2020), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,
"DEUTSCHLAND | Konstanz, Stadt. Dicken 1630. Mit Titel Ferdinands II. Vorzüglich. (Germany, city of Constance, dicken of 1630, in the name of Ferdinand II. Extremely fine.)"
Constance, on the northern shore of the lake of the same name, was a bishopric until the Reformation, when the bishop and the city parted ways. This type was issued 1626-33 and is one of the few affordable coins from that locale.
