The first specimen was lot 23675 and sold on April 15, 2011 for $632.50 at the 2011 April Rosemont Signature World & Ancient Coins CICF Auction #3014 by Heritage Auctions. The catalog description noted[1], "Estados Unidos 1/4 Decimo 1865 Bogotá, MS65 NGC Ex-James King noted as 'truly an un-circulated gem'. From The Dana Roberts Collection."
