The specimen shown was lot 1001 in Sedwick sale 11 (Winter Park, FL, April 2011), where it sold for $1,265. The catalog description[1] noted,
"Bogotá, Colombia, bust 1 real, Charles III, 1773VJ, scarce. Richly toned AXF with parts of rim slightly weak (as made), no problems and no damage. Jorge Ortiz Murias collection of Colombian colonial minors."
The SCWC lists seven dates for Nuevo Reino between 1772-84, all scarce.
Recorded mintage: unknown.
Specification: 3.38 g, 0.903 fine silver, .098 troy oz ASW, this specimen 3.5 grams.
