This specimen was lot 37799 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2025), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "CANADA. 50 Cents, 1964. Ottawa Mint. Elizabeth II. PCGS PROOFLIKE-67." This type was struck 1959-64 and is among the last silver half dollars issued for circulation. Silver was removed from the coinage in 1968, following the USA by four years.

Specification: 11.66 g, 0.800 fine silver, 29.7 mm diameter, reeded edge.
