This specimen was lot 33494 in Heritage sale 3076 (Long Beach, CA, September 2019), where it sold for $95. The catalog description[1] noted, "Canada: George VI Cent 1939 MS66 Red ICCS, Royal Canadian mint. A gorgeous offering with no observable flaws. From the James Mossman Collection of Canadian Coinage." This type, struck at Ottawa 1937-47, is common in all grades.
