This specimen was lot 52214 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Pittsburgh, PA, August 2023), where it sold for $1,080. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY. Brunswick-Luneburg: Wolfenbuttel. Taler, "56" (1556). Goslar Mint. Heinrich "the Younger". PCGS EF-45. This pleasing and wholesome Wildman Taler delivers good eye appeal with much retained mint brilliance and strong details. Wear is light and limited, and the problem free nature of this piece makes it an ideal piece for any specialist in Wildman coinage or Talers more generally. From the Robert C. Knepper Collection." This type was struck 1556-57 and is rare altho this example realized one fifth of the catalog value. It varies from the later Dav-9051 by having the date on the reverse.
