This specimen was lot 3469 in Künker Auction 426 (Osnabrück, July 2025), where it sold for €480 (about US$680 including buyers' fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BRAUNSCHWEIG-WOLFENBÜTTEL, FÜRSTENTUM Heinrich der Jüngere, 1514-1568. Taler 1532, Riechenberg. Von großer Seltenheit. Schön-sehr schön. (Germany, duchy of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel, Henry the Younger, 1514-68, thaler of 1532, Riechenberg mint. Extremely rare, fine to very fine.)"
This type was struck 1531-32 and 1542 and seems to be the very first thaler of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel.
