This specimen was lot 23948 in Heritage sale 3026 (Long Beach, October 2013), where it sold for $1,116.25. The catalog description[1] noted, "João VI Prince Regent gold 6400 Reis 1811-R, Uncirculated Details - Surface Hairlines NGC. Cleaned more heavily on the obverse. Coin still has mint state surfaces with decent eye appeal. From The RLM Collection, Part II." The type was struck 1805-17 with the portrait of João as Prince Regent (he later became king João VI). The SCWC lists a regular date and an 1811/10 overdate.
