This specimen was lot 45784 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2026), where it sold for $168. The catalog description[1] noted, "BOLIVIA. 20 Centavos, 1888-PTS FE. Potosi Mint. PCGS MS-64." This silver twenty centavos, roughly equal to a franc, was struck in Potosi 1885-1907. Assayer FE is recorded for 1872-90. Varieties abound. It is the last of its denomination struck in silver.
Recorded mintage: unknown but a common date.
Specification: 4.6 g, 0.900 fine silver, 22.5 mm diameter.
