Bolivia 1881-PTS FE 10 centavos

This silver ten centavos, roughly equal to a dime, was struck in Potosi 1875-83. It superseded similar ten centavos (KM 153.1-.3 and KM 158.1-.2) issued 1872-75. All types are fairly common tho varieties abound. Assayer FE is recorded for 1872-90. Prior issues of 1872-75 read "9 DS FINO" instead of "9 D FINO" shown here. This type is common but varieties exist for this date.

Specification: 2.3 g, 0.900 fine silver.
