This specimen was lot 987 in CNG Triton XXIX (New York, January 2026), where it sold for $2,205. The catalog description[1] noted, "BOHEMIA, Kingdom of Bohemia. Matthias. As Emperor, 1611-1619. AR Taler. Praha (Prague) mint. Dated 1618. Armored and draped bust right, wearing ruff; below, crowned lion rampant right / Crowned double-headed eagle; crowned and collared coat-of-arms on breast. Toned, minor flan flaws, edge marks. VF." This type was struck 1613-19 and is listed in the SCWC under Bohemia. It is not rare but it is scarcer than the later Dav-3136.
