This specimen was lot 2790 in Sincona sale 13 (Zürich, October 2013), where it sold for 260 CHF (about US$337 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SCHWEIZ, Bern, 10 Kreuzer 1755. Wert in gerader Schrift. Vorzüglich. (Switzerland, city of Bern, ten kreuzer of 1755. Extremely fine)."
The climbing bear is the badge of Bern, Switzerland. This type is listed for 1755-56 only but has a low catalog value. It accompanies a similar twenty kreuzer (KM 117).
