This specimen was lot 73406 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, June 2021), where it sold for $85. The catalog description[1] noted, "BERMUDA. 10 Cents, 1978. PCGS SPECIMEN-65 Gold Shield. From the third year of issue, this delightful Gem features the Bermuda lily upon the reverse and possesses rather intense brilliance. Ex: Kings Norton Mint Collection." This type was struck 1970-71, 1978-85 and matches the United States dime in module. A redesigned bust was used 1986-98.
