This coin was struck by the Germans 1915-16 as occupation coinage for Belgium. Zinc was used as the least valuable metal obtainable. As a result, it is a difficult type to obtain in nice condition.

Recorded mintage: 45,464,000.

Specification: 2.5 g, zinc, 19 mm diameter, plain edge.
