This specimen was lot 1828 in Jean Elsen sale 162 (Brussels, June 2025), where it sold for €280 (about US$388 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BELGIQUE, Royaume, Léopold Ier (1831-1865), Cu 2 centimes, 1859. (kingdom of Belgium, Leopold I, 1831-65, copper two centimes of 1859. Extremely Fine - Uncirculated.)"
This type was struck 1835-38, 1841-65 and common dates exist. This one is somewhat scarce.
Recorded mintage: 4,074,000.
Specification: 3.6 g, copper, 22 mm diameter.
