This specimen was lot 47098 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2026), where it sold for $384. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY. Bavaria. 3 Kreuzer, 1690-CZ. Munich Mint. Maximillian II Emanuel. PCGS MS-66." This type was struck 1690-94 and was worth one groschen or 1/30 thaler. The slightly curled planchet hints that roller dies were used.
