This specimen was lot 5041 in Sincona sale 80 (Zürich, October 2022), where it sold for 100 CHF (about US$120 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "SWITZERLAND | Basel | Bistum Basel, Joseph Sigismund von Roggenbach, 1782-1793. 12 Kreuzer 1786, Pruntrut. Good extremely fine." This type, struck by the bishop, not the city, in 1786-88, has a rather low catalog value. In Germany, the convention thaler of the late eighteenth century was worth 120 kreuzer.
Recorded mintage: unknown.
