This specimen was lot 3077 in Sincona Auction 105 (Zürich, May 2026), where it sold for 475 CHF (about US$724 including buyers' fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SCHWEIZ Basel, Stadt und Kanton, Taler o. J. (um 1710), Basel. Vorzüglich-FDC. Flächen auf dem Avers professionell bearbeitet. (Switzerland, canton of Basel, undated thaler, circa 1710, Basel mint. About Uncirculated, Fields on the obverse professionally tooled.)"
Another thaler struck about the same time (Dav-1747) featured the basilisk supporting large oval arms with no escutcheons around.
