Austria 1671-IGW thaler Dav-3232
This specimen was lot 1423 in Sincona sale 76 (Zürich, May 2022), where it sold for 4,000 CHF (about US$4,855 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE - AUSTRIA. Leopold I. 1657-1705. Taler 1671, Graz. Mit der Signatur IGW (Johann G. Weiss, Münzmeister in Graz, 1669-1671). Vorzüglich-FDC. NGC MS62. Prachtvolle Erhaltung mit herrlicher Patina. (Austria, Leopold I, 1657-1705, thaler of 1671, Graz mint. Extremely fine-uncirculated, Beautiful condition with magnificent patina.)"
This type was struck 1671-78 and 1682-88. It is a fairly common issue from this mint even tho no individual date is readily available.
