This specimen was lot 3805 in Sincona sale 39 (Zürich, May 2017), where it sold for 100 CHF (about US$120 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE - AUSTRIA, Ferdinand I. 1521-1564 10 Kreuzer 1561. Hall. Sehr schön. (Holy Roman Empire, Ferdinand I, 1521-64, ten kreuzer of 1561, Hall mint. Very fine.)"
This ten kreuzer was issued while Ferdinand was Holy Roman Emperor. He adopted a beard about 1550 and all his coinage thereafter shows him hirsute.
