This type was issued for the island of Aruba in the Caribbean. It was struck at the Utrecht mint in the Netherlandsin 1986-2023, altho the last date in the SCWC is 2013. Though all the Netherlands Antilles was granted domestic autonomy in 1954, Aruba was granted special status in 1986 to form an independent government within the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

Recorded mintage: 806,000.

Specification: 3.50 g, nickel plated steel, 20 mm diameter.
