This specimen was lot 26077 in Heritage sale 3024 (Chicago, April 2013), where it sold for $528.75. The catalog description[1] noted, "Rudolf II Taler 1608 Ensisheim, XF detail, a grouping of ancient pinscratches sits around Rudolf's eye, deep attractive tone and lovely device detail overall." The SCWC lists this type under several varieties for 1606-12. It is somewhat scarce.
